Help care for a landscape steeped in heritage, from the ancient oak woodland of Padley Gorge and the historic millstone workings of Bole Hill quarry to the former shooting lodge at the heart of the estate.

Beautiful Gardens

Oversee a magnificent sweep of heather moorland, ancient woods and tumbling streams, framed by dramatic gritstone edges and home to red deer, pied flycatchers and a wealth of upland wildlife.

Dedicated Team

Lead and inspire a passionate team of staff and volunteers who share your commitment to conservation and visitor experience.
